TWL Ltd offer full test and inspection facilities via a dedicated team of professional quality engineers and empowered, highly skilled machine operators.
Our well equipped in house metrology laboratory is equipped with the latest tools capable of measuring fine tolerances to a high degree of accuracy. For example, we use the latest technology CMM machines (coordinate measuring machines) both in the laboratory and on the shopfloor, linked with software capable of:
- 3D freeform surface evaluation
- 2D profile evaluation
- Gear profile measurement
Other equipment includes:
- Roundness testing
- Profile projector
- Latest dedicated test equipment per workstation
TWL Ltd is equipped with its own in-house certified calibration facilities.
Our overall philosophy is one of decentralised inspection and test at the workstation by the highly skilled operator, with centralised automated collection of data and analysis via a statistical process control tools.
